From Design File to Your Doorstep
Six stages. One factory. Every step under our roof means no outsourcing, no communication gaps, and full quality control.

Design & Prepress
You submit artwork in AI, PDF, or PSD. Our prepress team checks resolution (300dpi min), color mode (CMYK), bleed (3mm), and font embedding. We send a digital proof within 24 hours — free of charge.

Physical Sampling
We produce a fully finished physical sample with your exact print, paper stock, and finishes. Shipped to your address via DHL within 7–10 days. Sample revisions are free until you're 100% satisfied.

Printing — Offset & Digital
Heidelberg 6-color offset presses deliver 95%+ Delta-E color accuracy. For short runs (under 500 units), our HP Indigo digital press eliminates plate costs. Soy-based inks are standard across both lines.

Die-Cutting & Gluing
Automated die-cutting lines with inline defect detection (99.2% catch rate). Boxes are glued on BOBST folder-gluers with hot-melt and water-based adhesives. Every 500th unit is pulled for dimensional check.

Quality Control — 3 Stage
Stage 1: Inline camera inspection during production. Stage 2: AQL 2.5 random sampling at packing. Stage 3: Pre-shipment inspection by senior QC manager. Defect rate consistently below 0.5%.

Packing & Shipping
Boxes are flat-packed, palletized with moisture barrier, and loaded into containers. We handle all export documentation, customs clearance, and DDP delivery to your 3PL, warehouse, or FBA prep center.
